Pokrmy z <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kamnakrby.cz\/grily\">grilu<\/a> si d\u00edky sv\u00e9 nezam\u011bniteln\u00e9 chuti a jedine\u010dn\u00e9mu aroma z\u00edskaly obrovskou popularitu. Kdy\u017e u\u017e chceme grilovat, v\u011bt\u0161inou se poohl\u00ed\u017e\u00edme po zp\u016fsobu, jak na\u0161e grilovan\u00e9 pokrmy je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce dochutit. Oby\u010dejn\u00e1 s\u016fl je sice z\u00e1klad, ale nen\u00ed to dost a pep\u0159 zn\u00e1 ji\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd, ten po \u010dase omrz\u00ed. V tento \u010das p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed na \u0159adu bylinky ke grilov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159i grilov\u00e1n\u00ed pak m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1t navrch masa \u010derstvou bylinku, kter\u00e1 vlivem tepla uvoln\u00ed svou chu\u0165 a v\u016fni do onoho masa. Doporu\u010dujeme nejprve za\u010d\u00edt s men\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00edm bylinek, nebo\u0165 v\u0161eho moc \u0161kod\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 aromatick\u00e9 bylinky by mohly p\u0159eb\u00edt v\u016fni masa a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed jin\u00fdch bylin by mohlo zase zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee maso zho\u0159kne. A jak\u00e9 bylinky ke grilov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou tedy nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/p>\n<h2>Dobromysl<\/h2>\n<p>Jako prvn\u00ed si p\u0159edstav\u00edme dobromysl neboli oregano. Dobromysl se hod\u00ed ke v\u0161em druh\u016fm masa i zeleniny. Nemus\u00edte tuto bylinku v\u0161ak pou\u017e\u00edvat jen na grilov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u00fdborn\u011b se v\u00e1m bude hodit i do sal\u00e1t\u016f anebo t\u0159eba do z\u00e1kladu v grilu p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 pizzy. Dobromysl n\u00e1m nav\u00edc pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me do pokrm\u016f, je v\u00edce m\u00e9n\u011b libovoln\u00e9, nem\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv na chu\u0165 ani na v\u016fni.<\/p>\n<h2>Tymi\u00e1n<\/h2>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed hojn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvanou bylinkou p\u0159i grilov\u00e1n\u00ed je tymi\u00e1n. Ten je ta nejlep\u0161\u00ed volba pro p\u0159\u00edpravu ryb, nebo\u0165 se k nim svou chut\u00ed skv\u011ble hod\u00ed. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je v kombinaci s citr\u00f3novou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou. Av\u0161ak nemus\u00edte jej pou\u017e\u00edvat jen k ryb\u00e1m, skv\u011ble se hod\u00ed i k zelenin\u011b, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak k cuket\u011b a lilku. Pokud ho budete pou\u017e\u00edvat na maso, dod\u00e1 mu zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed divokou p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se tedy v\u011bt\u0161inou tehdy, pokud m\u00e1te chu\u0165 na divo\u010dinu a nem\u00e1te \u017e\u00e1dnou k dispozici.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160alv\u011bj<\/h2>\n<p>Nesm\u00edme zapomenout tak\u00e9 na \u0161alv\u011bj. \u0160alv\u011bj je bylinka, kter\u00e1 se nejv\u00edce hod\u00ed k vep\u0159ov\u00e9mu masu, divo\u010din\u011b a ke kr\u00e1li\u010d\u00edmu masu. M\u00e1 lehce naho\u0159klou chu\u0165, kter\u00e1 se s t\u011bmito druhy masa kr\u00e1sn\u011b dopl\u0148uje. Nav\u00edc \u0161alv\u011bj pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, tak\u017ee pro v\u00e1s grilovan\u00e9 maso nebude tak t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. Av\u0161ak mus\u00edte d\u00e1t pozor na mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 do j\u00eddla d\u00e1v\u00e1te, \u0161alv\u011bje se toti\u017e d\u00e1v\u00e1 jen trochu, jinak by \u00fapln\u011b vymizela chu\u0165 masa samotn\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozmar\u00fdn<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v \u0159ad\u011b je rozmar\u00fdn, co\u017e je bylinka, kterou v\u0161ichni jist\u011b zn\u00e1te. Ten se hod\u00ed ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu mas i ryb\u011b a tak\u00e9 dokonce usnadn\u00ed tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a zabr\u00e1n\u00ed nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed. Nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt hlavn\u011b u skopov\u00e9ho masa, ke kter\u00e9mu se skv\u011ble hod\u00ed. Mus\u00edte v\u0161ak d\u00e1t pozor, nebo\u0165 je to bylinka velmi aromatick\u00e1, a pokud ho d\u00e1te p\u0159\u00edli\u0161, pak v\u00e1m zkaz\u00ed chu\u0165 masa, nebo\u0165 to zho\u0159kne.<\/p>\n<h2>Vav\u0159\u00edn<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e1le tu m\u00e1me vav\u0159\u00edn. Ten v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed zn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e pod n\u00e1zvem bobkov\u00fd list. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se hlavn\u011b do marin\u00e1d. Rozhodn\u011b jej vyu\u017eijete k divo\u010din\u011b, nebo\u0165 ta se bez n\u011bj ned\u00e1 p\u0159ipravovat. Ned\u00e1 se v\u0161ak konzumovat jako takov\u00fd, tak\u017ee jej m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt pouze na dochucen\u00ed a pak z j\u00eddla odstranit. Vav\u0159\u00edn vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu a napom\u00e1h\u00e1 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed. Nedoporu\u010duje se pokl\u00e1dat na grilovan\u00e9 maso, nebo\u0165 by ho pak p\u0159ebil. Do marin\u00e1d se hod\u00ed hlavn\u011b v kombinaci s dal\u0161\u00edmi bylinkami.<\/p>\n<h2>Bazalka<\/h2>\n<p>Pak tu m\u00e1me bazalku, bylinku, kter\u00e1 je zn\u00e1ma hlavn\u011b d\u00edky jej\u00edmu vyu\u017eit\u00ed v italsk\u00e9 kuchyni. Naprosto dokonale se hod\u00ed k jak\u00e9koli zelenin\u011b p\u0159i grilov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 se hod\u00ed do studen\u00fdch sal\u00e1t\u016f. Jestli si budete bazalku p\u011bstovat sami, je vhodn\u00e9 ji p\u0159isadit k n\u011bjak\u00e9 zelenin\u011b, nebo\u0165 sv\u00fdm aroma chr\u00e1n\u00ed zeleninu p\u0159ed mnoha \u0161k\u016fdci.<\/p>\n<h2>Petr\u017eel<\/h2>\n<p>Nakonec tady m\u00e1me petr\u017eel, ta je ale p\u0159i dochucov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddel mnohdy velice p\u0159ece\u0148ov\u00e1na. Je pravda, \u017ee masu dod\u00e1v\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165, ale to nen\u00ed zp\u016fsobeno chut\u00ed j\u00ed samotn\u00e9, ale chemick\u00fdmi reakcemi, kter\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u00ed.
