Pak rozhodn\u011b vyzkou\u0161ejte tyto \u010desnekov\u00e9 brambory na \u0161p\u00edzu. Ty se v\u00fdborn\u011b hod\u00ed jak k dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00edmu masu, tak i k hov\u011bz\u00edm steak\u016fm.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredience<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bd kg \u010derstv\u00fdch brambor do pr\u016fm\u011bru cca 3,5 cm<br \/>\nolivov\u00fd olej, nejl\u00e9pe extra panensk\u00fd<br \/>\n1 l\u017ei\u010dka \u010desneku nasekan\u00e9ho najemno<br \/>\n1 l\u017ei\u010dka \u010dern\u00e9ho pep\u0159e, \u010derstv\u011b namlet\u00e9ho<br \/>\nmo\u0159sk\u00e1 s\u016fl dle chuti<br \/>\n6 pevn\u00fdch v\u011btvi\u010dek rozmar\u00fdnu\/ 6 bambusov\u00fdch \u0161p\u00edz\u016f<br \/>\n5 l\u017eic balzamikov\u00e9ho octa<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edprava v kuchyni<\/h2>\n<p>Ze v\u0161eho nejd\u0159\u00edve se mus\u00edme rozhodnout, zda chceme na\u0161e brambory p\u0159ipravovat na rozmar\u00fdnov\u00fdch anebo na bambusov\u00fdch \u0161p\u00edzech. Pokud se rozhodnete pro rozmar\u00fdn, pak budou m\u00edt pe\u010den\u00e9 brambory lep\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 i aroma, bambusov\u00e9 \u0161p\u00edzy jsou v\u0161ak pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nehroz\u00ed u nich, \u017ee se rozpadnou na grilu.<\/p>\n<p>Brambory o\u010dist\u00edme, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na p\u016flky a pot\u00e9 je vlo\u017e\u00edme do v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsy. K brambor\u016fm p\u0159id\u00e1me 2 l\u017e\u00edce olivov\u00e9ho oleje a nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd \u010desnek. N\u00e1sledn\u011b je dochu\u0165te sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em dle sv\u00e9 chuti. Pokud se rozhodnete pro rozmar\u00fdnov\u00e9 \u0161p\u00edzy, je pot\u00e9 pot\u0159eba odstranit l\u00edstky z v\u011btvi\u010dek rozmar\u00fdnu, krom posledn\u00edch l\u00edstk\u016f na \u0161pi\u010dce.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00edstky nasekejte a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 25 g p\u0159idejte k brambor\u00e1m do misky. Brambory prot\u0159epejte, aby se rovnom\u011brn\u011b obalily olejem a ko\u0159en\u00edm. N\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u016flky brambor nap\u00edchejte na v\u011btvi\u010dky rozmar\u00fdnu \u010di bambusov\u00e9 \u0161p\u00edzy tak, aby byly rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce \u0161p\u00edz\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edprava na grilu<\/h2>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed si p\u0159iprav\u00edme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kamnakrby.cz\/grily-weber\">gril Weber<\/a> na grilov\u00e1n\u00ed na st\u0159edn\u00edm \u017e\u00e1ru. Nezapome\u0148te p\u0159ed grilov\u00e1n\u00edm po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b o\u010distit grilovac\u00ed ro\u0161t s pomoc\u00ed ocelov\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kamnakrby.cz\/kartac-na-cistni-rost-s-bambusovou-rukojeti-45-cm-weber\">kart\u00e1\u010de Weber<\/a>, jinak se mohou k brambor\u00e1m p\u0159ichytit sp\u00e1len\u00e9 zbytky pokrm\u016f, kter\u00e9 se grilovaly p\u0159edt\u00edm. \u0160p\u00edzy vlo\u017e\u00edme na grilovac\u00ed ro\u0161t a grilujeme je p\u0159i uzav\u0159en\u00e9m poklopu 20 \u2013 30 minut. Za tu dobu brambory obra\u0165te.
